Donna's Barn Quilts

What are Barn Quilts? Barn Quilts are painted wooden square designs, that brighten up the countryside, and dress up an otherwise boring structure. They look particularly amazing on Old Barns.

Donna was cleaning out some buildings one day & found some scrap wood. Not having the heart to throw the scraps away, & wanting to find a way to re-purpose the scraps, she tried her hand at painting designs on them. This sudden decision became a fun hobby! 

Donna has painted quilts of all colors, that now brighten up Barns, Garages & Sheds all around her local area! She has sold quite a few, but she has also donated a Barn Quilt every year to the Annual Hospice Auction & BBQ Event, in Asheboro, NC.  She has donated a few to other causes as well.

Each Quilt she paints is different.  They are usually painted on plywood.
